Wileman Engineers Limited a British company was established in 1964 and from the start developed a reputation for reliable well designed plant & equipment.
This was reinforced when the founder of the company Bob Wileman introduced the now acclaimed Scrubber Barrels onto the world market in 1967.
As a former salesman of Pegson Telesmith, Bob took the Pegson scrubber barrel & placed it on pneumatic tyres for a smoother drive and a host of other advantages such as easily replaceable spares.
These machines continued to out perform the competitors and still provide a robust & efficient method of cleaning aggregates. The design has been developed and adapted to produce other bespoke barrel applications such as rotary screens and steel rumblers in the steel & slag recycling industry. These continue to be made & sold throughout the world.
In addition to these machines Wileman design, manufacture & install turnkey material handling projects in the sand & gravel, / quarry and recycling industries.
Wileman have worked with major aggregate producers in the UK such as Hanson Aggregates, Tarmac and Cemex and have provided design solutions and installations for many privately owned operations. All of them delivered on time and in budget.
Wileman are currently exporting machines & equipment to a worldwide market and have been instrumental in providing cost saving solutions to some of the worlds major industrial organisations.
